“I cannot say enough wonderful things about this grooming salon. They are by far the best place I've ever taken my dogs to. We've been going to this salon for a year or two now, and every time I am so impressed. Some groomers at other salons won't even take the time to talk with you beforehand themselves, but this amazing groomer (Lauren) always comes and talks with me, so she can groom them how I prefer that time, and she does a fantastic job grooming them! One of my dogs has anxiety, and Lauren handles it very well. My dog is definitely more comfortable with her than any other groomer she had in the past. I also am impressed and thankful that the groomings are usually always done within 3-4 hours. 4 hours was the probably the longest they've been there, and I have two dogs even. They are doodles, and Lauren does a fantastic job with their coats. Again, I would give them 10 stars if I could! They are very kind, professional, and do an incredible job! Highly highly recommend!“

“We board Henry, our 4-year old Goldendoodle, a few times each year and he loves it there! He suffers from anxiety so we choose one of the private rooms and we know they take great care of him because he's always happy to go there, which isn't a common reaction for him.“

“I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. We were Dogsitting for family, and needed to use a local groomer. I did call about 1.5 weeks before I wanted him to be clipped, and it was no problem securing an appointment. Drop off was great; the staff was friendly and sweet. Unfortunately, the dog was overwhelmed. They literally did everything I would have expected. They loved on the dog, tried different approaches, and eventually called to let me know they were observing signs of stress and concerned about his well-being. We mutually agreed that it was best for the dog to end the appointment. The level of professionalism and care was stellar. This dog has been with our family for 19 years, and we're just trying to keep him as comfortable as possible in his senior years. The Dog Spa was completely on board with his needs. They did get some clipping done, so he was more comfortable in the heat. I love that they cared for my dog in his younger years, and are still looking out for his best interest today.“

Class flowed well with no stalls or stops/starts and each task the dogs learned moved them to their next level. We could only got to one groomer in Easley that harley liked, it was great until we moved to Inman and had to find someone that was willing to take their time with him. “Top Dog has the best employees! You could not ask for a more loving and caring staff. If my dog is stressed and isn't eating they ask you if they can give her some canned food to get her to eat. The people here truly love dogs so much and work with shelters to help find dogs in need a loving family.“

“Decided to try this family owned business for my Border Collie since I live around the corner. Drop off was at 11, got told 2-3 hours and they ended up calling me around 430. Total was 80, tipped them 20. I went and did a full inspection of him at home and it seems like they didnt even touch his tail, and very little work around his ears. I probably wont be going back to them.“
