Master's Mark Dry Cleaners is a local business known for providing quality dry cleaning services and friendly staff. Customers have praised the staff for doing an excellent job, especially during urgent situations like preparing clothes for a family funeral. Many appreciate the consistent quality work and kind service. However, there have been some issues, such as lost items that were eventually found after follow-up. One customer experienced a negative outcome when a wool coat was damaged beyond repair, and the company was unhelpful in resolving the problem. Despite this, some customers believe the business handles mistakes well once they are investigated and appreciate their quick responses. Overall, Master's Mark Dry Cleaners is seen as a place with good service and quality work, but potential customers should be cautious due to past concerns about item damage and customer service at the corporate level.
