One customer had been calling another company for two weeks in bitter cold weather with no show, but Neeley answered the phone the same day, with a pleasant lady who kept in contact. The problem was fixed the same day at a good price. Customers are very satisfied with the results and recommend the company for good honest people and good work. They will answer your phone call too.
Shout out to this company and Kevin who got me up and running!!! My family( deceased) but had always used Neely… I should have known to use only the best… I had been calling another company for 2 weeks in this bitter 10 degree cold weather and they said they were coming and never showed up. I called Neely the same day and someone answered the phone and she didn’t sound sleepy( like the other company girl who sounded like she was taking calls from her bed and never giving them to anyone). We were out of towner's that recently purchased a house that needed a new a/c unit with metal duct work installed, clay and the team hit it out of the park! Thanks folks. Excellent people to do business with.
