The reception was very nice as well as the rest of the staff. The doctor she listen to what I had to say, examined me and realized that they couldn't help me I needed to have test done. Was able help relieve some of my pain until I go to the one in Florence area. I don't normally go to ER. I normally wait to see my doctor, but it was worth it.
This was my second visit to this urgent care location, and each time the staff was friendly, supportive, and provided excellent care. Dr. Charles Took the time to actually show me pictures and explain what causes the pain I was in and suggested home sleep improvements that could potentially remedy it. Both times I was seen within one hour. Personally, I would recommend coming here because if I ever have to go again, I’m sure I will return with no hesitation
Wife was seen in Darlington, she said the staff was very friendly and helpful. Provider took her time and explained diagnosis and the care plan. Got her in and out in under an hour. I see complaints from people about the wait, if you don’t like it, go to your primary care or ED! They only have 4 rooms people.
