Chase handled the closing for my home and was very professional. Appreciated his staff in assisting with my situation which was a little more intricate and complex as compared to the standard closing process due to some things out of our control. Liz and Mary were also wonderful to work with and I’m very grateful for their help.
I used Payne law firm for a house closing on a few occasions and I've found them to be responsive and informative. In particular Brian Lapchak has been wonderful to work with. We had a sligly more complicated case and Brian was very knowledgeable and very available.
Chase is top notch. Really enjoyed my experience working with him and glad I was referred to him. He’s quick, transparent, knowledgeable, and a straight shooter. I’d highly recommend him!
