I’m usually a very forgiving person and have never felt so compelled to write a bad review. This is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a doctor’s office. It was a pain to schedule my appointment because they do not answer the phone or call you back. I finally got in and it has been a nightmare. I got bloodwork done and they said they would call me with results. Weeks went by and I never heard from them. I tried contacting them and left voicemails and got no call back. Not great service, rushed visits and they take their sweet time with refill requests, if they respond at all. I've had nothing but problems with this office since I started going here, but it's convenient. I recommend you select another provider!
I would give 0 stars if I could. Weeks have gone by and no return phone call to move an appt or change the 2 F phone number so I can get into the portal. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced.
