Heat system broke down and had to order a part from Greenville SC. Was without heat for a day and a half. The part came in and they installed it as when they said they would. So responsive was good, now with heat. Was cold last night.Services: HVAC system maintenance
Technician Steve was great and knowledgeable. My duct work for ac/heat were clogged during the build of a brand new house and Steve could only go 3 feet. Trusted informed me they don't clean duct work which seems strange for a company that installs a/c duct work...and is putting the price tag on the builder to pay....
