Jacob arrived on time and completed our maintenance work in a timely fashion. He did a thorough job cleaning our outside unit, even though it was pouring rain at times. I like that Conway Air Conditioning texts a picture of the tech that is coming to your house ahead of time so you know who to expect. Highly recommended Conway AirService: HVAC system maintenance

Sean provided great service & was very knowledgeable . Was very patient while trying to connect thermostat to WiFi but due to website was unsuccessful Sean was very professional and knowledgeable about the system, prompting on time, and also had a mentor with him, took his time and answered any questions that we might have about the system. Sean is an asset to the company. Great communication on arrival time.. Recorded final invoice before leaving, recorded email of final charges promptly.Thank you for your time Sean , look forward to seeing you in 6 months for next service.Roach Family..
