Everyone in the office is so nice and supportive. I love how Dr. Heim gave Dixie time to feel comfortable before she started her exam. I appreciate having all my questions answered.

Friendly staff, exterior building isn't appealing but insude is nice it has a large waiting area and treats for dogs maybe others but I have a dog a shorkie. All i have done so far is blood work. I haven't met the doctors at this location. 4csrars for location.

Called around 11/12 and needed to be seen immediately as my dog was having issues and I was told that she could be seen by 1:30. We got there and they ran some tests and determined that she had a rare case and the only two options were to do a 50/50 chance surgery or put her down. Which my husband was 3 hours away and didn’t have his phone which I was having to make a decision asap as time was a playing part in the surgery. I finally got my husband on the phone and we spoke about it and came to the conclusion to put our dog down with me by her side rather than putting her through a surgery that she probably wouldn’t survive.
