Extremely friendly and helpful.
I ordered a plant (designer’s choice) to be delivered to my best friend, who had just lost her dog. The plant was absolutely gorgeous, and it brought her to tears. She loved that she can plant it and keep it as a living memory of her dog. I’m very pleased!
