I was there for the annual meeting outside.
I have never been in the building.
The entire crew did a great job getting us through as fast as possible.

The only service issue i have is with the peak hours. I find them to be absolutely shameful. 3pm-6pm is when it's hottest in summer and 6am-9am is when it's coldest in the winter. My other concern is the absolute lack of diversity among their employees. As a member owned co-op both of these are unacceptable and something must be fine about both
Several times per week in Longs near Little River we experience brief power outages. This has been going on for months now. Once upon a time it was happening in the day time which is bad enough, but now it's happening overnight. Thank God we live in the age of smartphones that have alarm clocks on them and we're not reliant on old fashioned plug in alarm clocks, or else we'd be sleeping in and late for work when the clocks reset due to the outage. Having to reset digital clocks and appliances with timers several times per week is an inconvenience and quite frankly ridiculous for this to keep happening.
