Horry Electric Cooperative, Inc. is a not-for-profit, member-owned corporation dedicated to providing fair and equitable energy-related services. With headquarters in Conway, SC and an additional office in Socastee, SC, the cooperative is known for its responsive power restoration and excellent customer service. While some members have experienced minor inconveniences, the majority are satisfied with Horry Electric's reliable service and small-town approach, even after many years of partnership.
Why is your system never working? I try to pay online with only the account number. And no option unless it's email and phone. I've told your employees in person about this and has been fixed for months. Now Ive been calling the auto system for months and now your auto system when called is not working? Very frustrating. Why should power go out or late fees happen if you can get your system together?! Fix it please!

I pay my electric bill with a credit card. Their convenience fee goes by the amount of money you pay I’m sorry, but aren’t we making it convenient for them so they don’t have to take our checks to the bank and why does the convenience fee change with the amount of money you pay?
