Of course when your system has an issue it's always at the worst possible time. We called Conway Air Conditioning late in the day and their response was incredible. I called to schedule and was told the tech would contact us. Within 5-10 mins of my initial call the tech contacted us. He asked us a few questions, gave us some options and told us there was 1 call in front of us. We didn't wait long. Rex Mason showed up, after a few questions, he inspected our system. He recommended surge protectors...which we had installed. Rex was terrific! He is knowledgeable, personable , and best of all..a Veteran. He made us feel like family and did a wonderful job! Thank you! We will certainly recommend you to all our friends and family. This level of service is so difficult to come by these days
Conway Air Conditioning made an uncomfortable situation comfortable. Losing AC in summertime, it was great to deal with the pleasant dispatchers. The technicians were professional and efficient in diagnosing the problem and providing various solutions. I never felt like I was being upsold unnecessary services. They are the only HVAC company I have used for years and they really came through with the installation of a new unit. I would not hesitate to recommend Conway Air Conditioning to anyone else for prompt and professional service.
