His attention to detail and incredible bedside manner are one of a kind. Dr. Malan made my daddy feel completely at home from the moment we walked in. What meant the world to us was that he even spoke Spanish to my dad. That small gesture made my dad feel seen, comfortable, and understood (no pun intended!). By the time we left, my daddy had the biggest smile on his face — a smile I’ll never forget. And now? He says he can hear so well that my sister and I are “too loud” — ha! 🤣 The hearing aids Dr. Malan recommended are the best we’ve ever had. Seeing my dad so happy and able to hear clearly again was truly priceless. Thank you, Dr. Malan, for your kindness, professionalism, and for giving my daddy the gift of sound again.
