The massage session was very relaxing and we loved the experience. The whole ambiance was definitely a vibe. Thanks for the disinfectant wipes; this was huge plus. We overlooked the complimentary water and cappuccino machine, but we will make sure to grab that next time. Overall a great experience! 10/10
This is my 2nd time going to Zero Gravity Massage at the uptown Charlotte location. The first time, I didn’t know what to expect since there is no on-site staff. Surprisingly, everything was pretty simple. The massage chairs are amazing! You can customize the amount of pressure you like. My favorite is the arm and hand massage and the lower back stretch! If you’ve never gotten a Zero Gravity Massage, you’re missing out!
Decided to try it one day with my sister since we were downtown. Loved it. We both have fibromyalgia and I also have sciatica and a slipped disc. We felt so much better afterwards, almost fell asleep during the massage. I've been looking for a place with a decent rate, as opposed to the ones that charge a subscription for an hour massage (which actually is 45 minute massage, plus a consultation, plus time to change). To get a true 1 hour massage, and be able to control the pressure, and heat if needed is exactly what I needed. The extended hours are a major plus.
