I was lucky to get Drew R. and David or DD as i call them as my movers. They showed up on time and did a great job moving my stuff from one location to the storage. Very respectful and polite and mad me feel like my furniture was in good hands the entire time. i wish them the best luck in the future and would use them again.
It was horrible! The one mover was so rude even his partner didn't like him! They damaged some items and were like...oh well. Never again. They couldn't load a truck with a map. If you want to pay to much, be treated poorly and have your stuff damaged... this is the place for you. if not ...move on.
Everything about these movers was amazing! The customer service was exceptional. I had to make changes throughout the process and they were extremely understanding and helpful. The movers themselves did a great job as well. They are fast and efficient and were careful with all of my items. I would definitely recommend undergrad to anyone that is moving. It’s great quality for a great price!
