AM I MISSING SOMETHING??? IS THIS LOCATION CLOSED DOWN, OR WHAT IS GOING ON?? ?? I REALIZE THAT THEY CLOSED AT 8PM, BUT THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I'VE BEEN HERE 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO CLOSING, AND HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT I COULD NOT TAN!!! I THOUGHT IT WAS @ULTRATAN PRACTICE TO ACCOMMODATE ANY CUSTOMER THAT COMES IN EVEN IF IT IS ONE MINUTE PRIOR TO CLOSING!!! STANDARDS ARE REALLY FALLING, ESPECIALLY WITH THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION.... ALMOST 10 YEARS IVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER... I'M SOOO DISAPPOINTED IN THE DOWNFALL!! I SINCERELY HOPE THAT THERE IS JUST "CIRCUMSTANCES" THAT ARE THE CAUSE OF THIS CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE!! ???

The rooms are clean and the women at the counter are very friendly. I've been going about three weeks now and I've bought about five different bottles of lotion. Some advise if you buy lotion from here don't get the first bottle get the one behind it. The bottle in the front they use to show customers what the lotion is like and even though it's a small amount it adds up. I recently got a second bottle of the axis face elixir and I then realized it should have been more full. I just thought it was expensive and it came like that but I was wrong. They do have good deals on there lotions with a member ship. There rooms are nice beds 2,5,11 are the best... read full review

The STAFF ARE AMAZING, everyone is so nice, and helpful with knowledgeable information on the different lotions and the beds! Place is extremely clean, and has a good variety of different bed options. They also have two great options of sunless "spray tan" booths. Package prices are competitively priced, wide selection of lotions, which they are usually running some sort of sale on. I would and do recommend Ultratan to anyone who loves to tan indoors!!!
