The young lady who waited on me initially and also when I picked up my shirts was very professional. Most of the time when I visit she’s there. While I was waiting to get my clothes on this past Saturday, I heard her interacting with a customer in the drive through; she was very nice, and her tone indicated that she cared. She provided great customer service. Good to see employees who care about their job and others. I wish I could remember her name.
We have been long-time customers of Tripps Fine Cleaners home delivery service and appreciate not only the quality of the cleaning but the friendliness of the driver who drops by our home twice a week.
