Pedicure was very basic, they did not pay attention at all to calluses etc. My tech did even treat my cuticles or surfaced my toenails. It felt very rushed and they weren't even crowded. The polish was not even evenly coated and he started too far up from the cuticles. Also, one of the techs, I dont know his name. But I don't find it appropriate or professional to ask customers personal questions like their age, where they live etc. He may have just been trying to be extra nice to get a better tip but I found it very annoying and inappropriate

Honestly, In 2020 you receive better customer service & a better nail experience at other nail salons in the area. Went to get my eyebrows done today & the eyebrow lady started waxing extremely fast. She had an attitude soon as I walked in & grunted/Breathing extremely hard as if she was agitated & did not take her time to pluck or shape my eyebrows. WAX WAS STILL ON MY EYEBROWS. I've came before & had a better experience but this was not the best. Probably won't be back. $10 was NOT WORTH IT. I usually tip but I didn't this day. I felt very uncomfortable. I wish I spent my money elsewhere. The lady there is just always in a rush! You'll have a better experience at less...read full review

The employees are so nice! A few of them made sure I was fine during my pedicure. I was very comfortable and got exactly what I wanted. They are very clean and you will have to wash your hands as soon as you come in. I usually go between 10(when they open) and 1 and I've never had to wait. Great service, I would recommend!
