I’m new to the area and thought I would try Top Ten. They are in the top ten alright. Top ten worse nail salons ever. Worse nail job I ever received in my life. The old lady doing pedicures needs to retire. Blotchy paint job. She was nice but needs to retire. The young man that did my nails needs to listen to the customer and give them what they pay for not what he wants to do. Horrible fill in, that’s didn’t ask for; I wanted all new nails, glad I didn’t have to pay for that. And the chairs they expect us to sit in are torn and outdated. Get new chairs people pay good money. And you shouldn’t make customers watch a television show they can’t even understand....read full review

The ghetto! Not one employee acknowledged me when I walked on. A customer had to get their attention. They refuse service without a mask which is fine but the overall demeanor is very ratchet and the staff lacks customer service skills. Worst experience ever

WILL NEVER VISIT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!DID NOT GET A SATISFYING RESULTS WITH MY PEDICURE. GENTLEMAN SERVICING MY DAUGHTER WAS SARCASTIC ABOUT WHAT HE WAS DOING . TOLD HER TO GET PEDICURES IN FLA BEFORE SHE COMES TO SC & SAVE HIM ALL THE WORK‼️HE WOULD BE THE REASON THEY LOOSE BUSINESS.
