Although I have used this service before, I am extremely dissatisifed with the customer service after my initial appointment. It seems like whenever I try to make a follow up appointment, the owner of the salon always cancels without a reason given. It is for that alone that I decided to give the company one star. I wasn't under the impression that my services were not wanted and there has been lack of communication about why I keep getting rejected. I had high hopes on using this salon again but I am very turned off by what I have experienced after I visited.Service: Haircut

I am in love with my hair again! Leslie did a carmelux silkening treatment and trim, worth every penny! She works fast, is great conversation, and knows her hair! I’ve never been the type to get my hair done regularly (judge me) but I will be in to see her on a regular basis after today! My hair has never moved so well and felt as great with no perm! Can’t wait to see what she can do with my curls.
