Brandon, had excellent customer service and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. I love my carpet even more since Stanley Steemer. It doesn't look like my same carpet.

The technician was here within the timeframe given. I was notified prior to his arrival. Tim was very friendly, courteous and professional during the visit, up until his departure. Great experience! Tim & Quaintais were professional & efficient, and very enjoyable to work with. Quite respectful of my time and property. I had them come for some last minute pre-holiday stain removal on den carpet, and they nailed it. Carpet looks great.
