Office and staff was very nice and warming. I was nervous and scared at first & the front desk Mrs. Morgan really made me feel more comfortable when she noticed i was kinda nervous. Dr. Jacob’s talked me through everything he was doing before he did it and as he was doing it and I wasn’t nervous anymore. the PT gentlemen, Bill was very informative about the thing he was doing as well. He was friendly and made sure I was feeling okay since it was my first time doing the things. Morgan keep checking on me throughout my appointment and time there. the first time i walked into dr jacob’s office i immediately felt at home. dr jacobs, morgan and bill made me feel wanted and cared for. they took their time to listen to what i had to say about my pain and then made a plan to get me better. after a couple visits i was feeling so much better. if you’re hurting this is the best place to go!!
The team at Spine Pain Center is incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and skilled at what they do. The atmosphere of the clinic is welcoming and refreshing. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a chiropractor.
