Below are the best 8 siding contractors in Columbia picked by BestProsInTown
“Tony Cruz and Michelle Frazier provided lots of great suggestions as we completed the In-Home review of my window replacement requirements. We also discussed additional needs that I will address in phases. After reviewing several options with me, Tony provided pricing for exactly what I asked for.”
“Dennis Home Improvement replaced all my windows and painted my exterior doors and some trim. I am very pleased with the end result - looks like a new house! Everyone was so pleasant and accommodating, and I will not hesitate to use them again.”
“We used Magnolia Roofing for a full roof replacement after a long comparison process.
Their estimate was not the cheapest, but it was the clearest.
They explained underlayment, ventilation, flashing, and deck repair pricing in writing, while other bids stayed vague.
During tear-off they found several sheets of damaged decking, immediately showed us photos using drones, and gave us the per-sheet cost exactly as stated in the contract. The crew protected our landscaping and pool, cleaned nails carefully, and finished on schedule. We felt informed the whole time from the initial consultation to the final walk through and never had to guess what was happening.
Our roof looks fantastic and we would highly recommend this local company!”
