Shelby has been teaching my 6 year old daughter and I piano lesson for 3 months now.Shelby is great, her gift for teaching and the ability to adjust and adapted from one student to the other is remarkable.If you are looking for a piano teacher look no further, I have so much confidence in Shelby I will pay for your fist lesson.Josh & Miyah ShumpertThanks!

Shelby Nord is an amazing piano teacher. My four children have blossomed in their playing, even when we went virtual. She is encouraging, patient, and kind and they love her dearly. Shelby is also very knowledgable and always a professional. She is able to gently push her students to greatness even when they are resistant. I’d recommend her to anyone!

Shelby Nord is a Nationally Certified Teacher of Music in piano in the Columbia, SC area. She has several years of teaching experience in private and group settings with students of all ages, from beginning to early advanced levels. Music study has many benefits for students that range from improved memory and performance in school, to bringing a sense of joy and accomplishment. Shelby is very passionate about teaching piano and tailors lessons according to the needs and goals of each student. Available for in-person and/or online lessons.
