Dr petty and the entire staff are just wonderful. I was welcomed the second I enter the store. Great exam. Cool, affordable glasses. They were all kind. I will definitely use them again.
So we had to get an “urgent” appt with Sansbury and the only office available was on Lucy Lane. Dr. Mark Taylor is an INCREDIBLE man. I really wish I could keep him and carry him in my pocket all day♥️ You could tell that he loves his patients and the feeling was mutual. It was so special to have him notice things different about Logan for example he had gotten a hair cut in between a 2 week visit and he realized and commented on it that he really liked it and even joked about his mop from a previous visit. Logan said you noticed? He also followed up with him on how he did with getting his permit and was so excited for him and congratulated him. He was a cheerleader for him when he was learning to put in his contacts and was impressed that a teenage boy knew where his eyeball was lol (apparently what takes boys an hour and half to do he did in 5 mins haha) I know it’s a far drive but it is so worth it!! He took time with Logan, we weren’t another client. He even offered to clean the room we were in so his staff didn’t have to... how many Dr’s do you know that do that or offer to?!? Sorry for the long post but this man really deserves a shot out, he will never understand the impression he had on our family! Dr.Taylor you are the MAN and don’t let anybody tell you different! Thank You Thank You Thank You
I went to Sansbury Eye Center in the Northeast today, and I was SO IMPRESSED! Masks were required for everyone, glasses were being sanitized, patients were properly socially distanced. It was so clear that my safety was important to everyone! Thank you for doing your part Sansbury Eye Center! I APPRECIATE YOU!
