I had such a good experience at Rice Creek. Ms. Cindy was my hygienist and she was so kind and patient. She let me take breaks and told me exactly about what each step was and why we are doing it. This is the first time I didn’t cry at a dentist appointment in YEARS. Can’t recommend them enough, especially if you have sensory issues or dentist anxiety.

I called Rice Creek Family Dentistry this past Thursday and was given an appointment the day at noon and had my problem taken care of. I had a great experience with Rice Creek Family Dentistry. From the time I called to set up my husband's initial dentist appointment, everyone I spoke to was kind and patient. Dr. Jackson and his dental assistant(from Staten Island) made me feel welcome and included in the appointment. That was very comforting especially because my husband has to have some major dental work done. Dr. Jackson took his time explaining all the options and advising us on the best thing to do. The ladies up front and the even the lady who deals with the insurance deserve applause. I will be moving my care to Rice Creek as well now! Dr. Jackson has an amazing staff!

We know that moving forward our commitment to your safety will be even more important. While continuing to meet traditional CDC and OSHA requirements, we are adopting some new, additional protocols.
