Our family is very grateful to PuroClean of Columbia for their immediate attention when our sewer backed up into our home. Our insurance company, All-State - Eric Loeb’s office, had recommended their excellent service. Within two hours of contacting PuroClean, Richard B was at our home assessing the damage. His knowledge of the process of getting our home back on track was comforting. It was a pleasure to work with him. Two days later, Hunter Johnson of PuroClean came out to do all the heavy lifting and assisted the insurance adjuster with all of the damage in the home. His attention to detail and wonderful knowledge of where to find, contain, & take care of the water/sewage mess was amazing! Hunter was able to remove damaged flooring, baseboards, walls, and carpeting within a few hours. He also made sure to clean the areas affected by the sewage water. Every question and/or concern was addressed and status updates on our home was given out daily over the drying process. Richard and Hunter has made this heart wrenching ordeal into a calm and peaceful process. We have thoroughly enjoyed working with the staff of PuroClean of Columbia and we would highly recommend their services!
Employees assaulted and punched my mothers car at Foodlion in Elgin,SC. It was recorded. Use another company if you value your safety. Owner wouldn't even apologize to her. Hope you go out of business. No employees were fired. This is unacceptable.
