Good company to get your porch deck repaired. Our deck was sinking in several places. Unsafe.
Joe came out and gave us a quote quickly. They had a lot of work to do because of the hurricane but they scheduled us and came out on time as promised.
Good attention to detail. Courteous and friendly. Cleaned up after the work was completed.
Planning on giving them a call for other upcoming projects.
Recommend.
I asked the man to replace a piece of trim that had come loose on my porch. I expected to have to pay for it although it would not have taken but a minute and no materials. He must have forgotten to do it.
A rep from PunchList Pros came to our house 9/1 to give us an estimate for installing 13.5' of metal banister and railing on the front porch. When I told him this is our second project with PLP, he asked to see the work done 3 years ago. Darmin came prepared, gathered vital information quickly, and gave us the cost of materials and labor on the spot. He also told us work would be scheduled for 2 or 3 week. A couple days later an email announced our appointment on 9/25. I was extremely pleased with the 2023 project, and I expect this one to be equally well done.
