Mid lease the Olympia mills leasing office in Columbia SC decides to change the rules for parking. My Daughter is a multi year resident who has an Olympia mills parking sticker in her car that is not longer valid (per the PMC team) since they subdivided the parking lot and decided to charge upwards of $50 for parking pass. She has no where to park now. PMC Response: "we sent an e-mail recently communcating changes" (as if that is some sort of contract). "You can park in overflow 1 mile away if the gravel lot is full". So, go ahead and call the Pearl street office (they won’t answer) ever. Even if they do, the women that work there are the most worthless humans I have ever met. They are incompetent and I’m convinced need help with daily functions of their life. Now onto PMC. Upon move out, a few things were deducted from my deposit for repairs(that’s fine and expected). What is not fine or expected, is the “editing” that was done to two of my utility bills for the two months prior to my move out, editing meaning, the bills were paid in full and on time, until they increased the hills after I had moved out, then never notified me that I “owed” them money and now I’m dealing...read full review

The Leasing Office is always very responsive and helpful! Luke, Zack, Anne and crew provide great customer service and follow up. The maintenance staff is also very responsible and timely in addressing any issues.
