save your money and time and just don’t go she lighting wide lady broke my phone I had to come 3 days in a row so she could fix her mistake I had to buy a whole new phone in the end. 0/10 don’t recommend
I took my phone to have the screen replaced and they replaced it, but the side panel was broken from one half of the phone to the top half of the other side of the phone. After telling the young lady that I was not pleased with the work that she had done, she suggested I get a case to cover it up. There was no offer to compensate, she only said that there was nothing that she could do. Find someone else to fix your phone please.
RUN, don't walk, AWAY from this place!! Unbelievably unprofessional and DO NOT know what they're doing. Took my daughter's iPhone 8+ for a screen replacement. Only employee had her two children (both under 3 years old) with her! She was not an owner. She told us to come back in an hour. Came back and she was still working on the phone. Tried to say that there was water inside the phone which affected the speaker but there had never been a sound issue with this phone before. Brought the phone to me to see a droplet of moisture near the speaker which she very clearly placed there - perhaps from the can of soda or children's snacks she had on the counter where she was working??? Once she resolved the speaker issue, there was another problem. The Home button stopped working. At this point, I'm beyond livid and demand a manager. She calls the "manager" who was coincidentally out of town and could not come in to help nor could he call someone else because "she was the person who works on the weekends". He tried to defend her saying there had to have been water inside the phone and the only thing they could do is take $20 off the $130 price tag. To actually THINK I would pay for this "service" is completely disrespectful and disgusting! After 3 hours, Erica admits defeat and says she cannot help and puts the old broken screen back on the phone and miraculously the Home button worked again. She offered to fix it the next business day with a new screen... um, no thanks. I certainly did not want to find out the other ways they could try to damage my daughter's phone. Stressful experience... never again!!!
