Just took my dog in for her very first grooming appointment, and I was super impressed! The staff was so friendly and made both of us feel comfortable right away. They asked about her usual routine and really took their time making sure she was calm and happy.
She came out looking SO cute—clean and smelling amazing. They did a great job with her nails and fur, and she didn’t seem stressed at all afterward, which was such a relief.
Really happy with how everything went. It’s always a little nerve-wracking trying something new, but Nora definitely earned our trust. We’ll absolutely be back!
As a first-time pet owner, I always take my pup to my cousin's grooming studio, which is a 40-minute drive from my house. She's the only one I trust with Luna, and I adore her so much. Recently, life has been busy, and before scheduling with Ms. Nora, I tried another grooming studio. However, I felt like Luna was just another pup to the groomer. I searched Google and found Pets R Us, which had a great rating. After reading and watching a video, I booked an appointment. When I dropped Luna off, I was nervous, but Ms. Nora calmed my concerns. Updated Review from 2 to 4 stars due to great customer service. Ms. Nora reached out directly related to my review and thoroughly explained the cost difference and what we both could have done better to communicate. He smells great and looks amazing. Ms. Nora does great work, just needs to update and be more clear on pricing.
Original review: My puppy looks and smells good. But I was given one price online if 35.00 for a basic bath, which is what I asked for at drop off for my 5 month old puppy. Then when I go pick up my puppy, I was quoted the price is 75.00 because the type of dog and they did the furminator or whatever service, that I did not ask... read full review
