Here at Palmetto Care Bear we offer a range of Home health care and Adult Day Center services that can be provided in a patients home and or at our Day Center Facility. Our goal is to help individuals recover from illness or surgery, manage chronic conditions, or receive necessary support while remaining in the comfort of their own home.
