What a relief to find pleasant, efficient, responsive and communicative health care providers. I had been very frustrated with LMC and had been tired of not being heard when talking with the neurology, cardiology and gastroenterologists. Yes, I have multiple health problems. It is important for me to feel confident with my doctors. I loved my primary care doctor but the specialists I was referred to where just unbelievably rude and dismissive. It actually turned out to be extremely beneficial for me when I received notification in the mail that Aetna was no longer affiliated with LMC. Carmen is a breath of fresh air when you check in! She’s cheerful, provides excellent service, and her positive energy is contagious. Even on a bad day, Carmen’s smile can lift your spirits. Being bilingual was a fantastic bonus for my mom. Her warmth and helpfulness truly made our visit special!
