I’ve been coming here since this location opened. I’ve brought both my Volvo’s and now my Honda and the service quality and customer service have consistently been excellent. This morning, a gentleman (Matt) who I actually thought was the owner came outside after I had finished checking in and asked me if I was looking for a ride. I wasn’t this particular morning because I need to get my steps in, but appreciated being asked. Also, I’m traveling this upcoming week and had concerns about the tire pressure light coming on. An amazing TEAM!! Heading home and I hear an unknown noise! Pulled over to find a bolt in my tire. Off to the nearest tire shop, which happened to be Midas on the corner of gervais and bull street. As a woman, it’s scary to hear what’s next or how much it’ll cost. Needless to say these guys patched me up and away I went! I would recommend 10/10! Thank me later! 🙂
The Midas on Gervais has been extremely helpful for all of my car needs. I have gotten numerous oil changes there and it has always been quick and easy. When my car’s battery died, they were immediately available to help and even gave me a loaner car for the day it would be in the shop for no additional cost. I will continue to go here for all my future car needs!
