I just used Mid-State this week after our heat went out over the weekend. We initially called another company who evaluated our furnace and determined it needed a new circuit board. Our home is only 3 years old and under parts warranty. This company quoted $533 for labor to replace the under warranty circuit board. It didn't feel right, so I called Mid-State Heating and Cooling. Rebecca was great, I explained exactly what the other company did and she said they would come give a second opinion. Julio the technician arrived the same day, ahead of the scheduled time and after thorough evaluation determined the circuit board was working perfect. He quickly diagnosed the issue was a clogged filter. He replaced the filters and the unit started right up. They could have taken advantage of us like the first company tried to. This is how honest companies operate. Finding a company with good people that work with integrity. Highly Recommended!!!
