Patients are promptly greeted and attended to, with minimal wait times. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making patients feel comfortable and assured. Dr. McClerklin is knowledgeable, polite, and easy to talk to, providing accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans. Patients feel at ease with her and appreciate her professionalism. Overall, the center offers a smooth and reassuring experience, making it a recommended destination for skin care needs.
My brother Rickey Griddine has been a pt since 2022 and he speaks highly of her bedside manners and her work. Being that I am a nurse of 43 years it is heart warming to know we still have doctors with good bedside manners. Thank you Dr. McClerklin for taking such great care of my love one
I just started at this practice last Thursday & went again this morning for a biopsy & I have to share a hard disagreement with the negative reviews. I had nothing but positive interactions with all of the staff, from the gentleman who scheduled me urgently since I described a severe itch interfering with sleep, to Dr. McClerklin, who not only related well to me, even finding out my old career was one she could relate to, but was so kind and tender today giving my baby girl advice on being courageous in life and her future career. I recently experienced an unfortunate event that led to a new diagnosis of psoriasis. The condition was quite severe, and I had felt a sense of hopelessness after consulting with another dermatology practice. Upon my arrival at Dr. McClerklin's office, I was not only skeptical but also felt a profound sense of despair and defeat. Dr. McClerklin accurately diagnosed my psoriasis and also addressed a lupus exacerbation. As I undergo treatment, I find myself feeling more optimistic each day, a direct result of her expertise. I am truly grateful for her and her dedicated staff, as they have made a significant positive impact on my life!!!
