I had my first appointment here today! I am reading other reviews about how this place is extremely slow, but I have been told this is the only dermatologist in the area that accepts Medicaid coverage, so I can imagine this is why they're extremely busy.Upon my arrival at 2 p.m., I was promptly greeted and ushered into a room. My visit to Dr. McClerklin was great. This was my first visit and I felt like I was going there all my life. Her staff is very quick and very professional they had me in and out. Dr. McClerklin is very professional and she get to the point plus she is very polite .If I have any more skin care needs this is the only office I will go to.
Dr. McClerklin was phenomenal. She corrected a dermatology diagnosis I received over 5 years ago and is providing me a new treatment plan. She also diagnosed my current issue in an awesome manner explaining what it was, how it occurs, and the proper treatment. She was well worth the wait. Total appointment time including the wait and checking out was about 2 hours. I recommend her to anyone. And her staff was very friendly.
