This place is amazing they wish all companies worked this way. The comments say what it is, an example to follow for other companies in the transportation industry: they load and unload very quickly with robots.
We were skeptical about loading here after reading quite a few bad reviews. We came in last week at 9:20 for 2200 pickup. They he gave us a door in three mins, loaded and out the gate by 2250 ~ ?% flawless !
This was my first time picking up here. My experience was excellent. Beginning with Mz Fatice at the front gate. Eventho I arrived 2 hours early for my 1700 Appt., and didn’t have the appropriate PU (beginning with “S6, or F1”, I was allowed to wait at the gate until I could get ahold of the broker (which we know takes a good while), she had others that arrived go around me into the next lane to enter. After 30min and checking in on my phone electronically. I was given a door. Lots of open easy space. By 1545 Robots began loading me. I was completed and BOL’s in hand (which you get at gate as you depart) all done by 1658…BEFORE my scheduled PU time. Thanks...read full review
