“I have so enjoyed the services of my stylist, Houston Pazda, at Metropolis. Houston is extremely talented, professional and friendly. Even though their prices are very high, and I'm a retired teacher on a fixed income, my experience has been well worth the cost. If I have had to cancel an appointment due to illness, I have been happy to pay a steep penalty. They require what I believe to be a somewhat unreasonable cancellation policy which requires a 48 hour notice. The owner/manager is well-known and has never spoken to me since I have been a patron of his salon. My experiences with all other staff members have been wonderful. Unfortunately, I find that I have been made to feel unappreciated and disrespected by management. Today, he didn't even have the courtesy of talking directly with me about my violation of his cancellation policy. I feel like I'm being punished, and I know that I am no longer welcome there. Also, I'm not in the habit of giving negative reviews.“

After my first session (years ago), I knew this was where I wanted to get treated every time I came to South Carolina.Tried & True Beauty is up to date with the technology and is very particular. The environment is clean (sterilizing the equipment, cleaning, etc.), and the whole staff will even go out of their way to make you comfortable with the treatment/s (Explaining everything thoroughly). They are very knowledgeable and professional.I can’t think of anything I want to improve; everything is perfect.
