Im a little late doing my review but I will say this I called them because the office on Two Notch Rd customer service was bad. I called just to ask a question and the girl that answered was rude as hell. I immediately called Mrs Dorthy and told her what happened and she told me to come to her Broad River location and they would take care of me. I was greeted like we have been knowing each other for years. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Dawn said this was her first year doing taxes but you wouldn't think so as fast as she had my stuff finished and printed.

The Clinton branch was wonderful. Rhonda and Jackie were awesome. They were able to help us with filing after using the Cares Act due to COVID. I would highly recomend them to all my friends and family.

This is my 2nd year filing with M&M on broad river. These ladies are professional, very nice and means business. I was in and out with yet another great filing experience. Taxes makes me anxious from dealing with an unprofessional service back in Detroit, but these ladies made me feel welcomed , very understanding and did I say NICE !! I’ll be back next year for sure .
