This was my daughter's first experience, and Ms. Loretta and her staff provided excellent service. The atmosphere reminded me of my childhood because while serving clients, they talked about life. It made me think of conversations my mom and aunties would have while getting the girls ready for Sunday morning. I not only left with a satisfied customer, I had a recipe for macaroni and some tips to tackle life a little better.Oh and one more thing. Ms. Loretta listened to my daughter and styled her hair based on what she heard and what she knew to be best.
