Touched by Tee is a great title to this Loctician. She did a wonderful job with my locs and her techniques are the best. I know for sure after this 4th time going to a Loctician, her installs will stay, their healthy and she makes a great environment. Tiara is the best hands down! She’s very professional and super fast. I look for reasons to book an appointment for that shampoo and conditioning alone! It’s nap time every time she washes my locs. I give her inspiration or let her do her thing and she never EVER misses!
