She is very professional but also makes getting hair done an enjoyable experience. She is kid friendly and provides snacks. For ultra tender-headed clients, she works her magic while ensuring comfort. Clients notice a big difference with their hair and can always count on leaving feeling thrilled. She answers all questions and responds in a timely manner. Kelly is the only one who can touch the crown.
