At Lexington Family Practice Irmo, patients are greeted with a smile at the reception desk and feel comfortable with the personable doctors. Dr. Truesdale and Dr. Rowell are praised for their attentiveness and professionalism. The office is clean and tidy. Patients highly recommend nurse Allison Brill for her caring and proactive approach, especially in accident cases. One reviewer had a different experience, possibly due to medication issues, but the overall impression is very positive.
I was referred by one of my coworkers to go see Dr. Rocky and let me say that I’m glad I did! I first saw him a little over a yr ago and my concerns were addressed; I got the surgery that I needed and I’ve been doing well since. I saw him again on yesterday (10/10/25) it was the same as the first visit, very friendly, welcoming and open to listen as well as willing and ready to fix whatever issues I was having. The individuals I encountered were very nice and friendly from the time I checked in as well. Tajiri, Angie (Lab), Jenny were all very polite people and very professional. I’ll see you all again soon. 10/10 recommend
Dr Beaver, Shunti, Rocky & the lady at the checkout desk are such positive rays of sunshine! They truly go above & beyond to create an encouraging & comfortable atmosphere, & it is much appreciated, particularly being a person with anxiety! Our family have been customers, patients and most importantly partners with Lexington Family Practice for over 20 years. Alison Brill, DNP, APRN,FNP-BC, took us on after Dr Johnny Smith retired. I was concerned when this happened because he was more than just my Dr, he was a friend & confidante. However, Alison stepped in and hit it out of the park Alison is everything you want as a doctor. Of course Miss Jennie, who has been our nurse the whole time, runs the show. The ladies up front, checkout and scheduling are top notch as well. Make your appointment, show up on time, sit back and relax because these folks are going to care and take care of you.
