I cannot say enough good things about Ledford’s Termite & Pest Control. I’ve been using them for the past 6 years since buying my home, and every single experience has been outstanding. Every technician who has come to spray my house or yard has been incredibly friendly, professional, and diligent. I genuinely enjoy talking with them — I feel like I’ve made friends over the years!

What really sets Ledford’s apart is how easy they make everything. They proactively reach out so I never have to remember to schedule services myself. They send text reminders, are always easy to reach by phone, and are so accommodating with scheduling.

every experience i have had with ledford's has been positive. fantastic techs, as personable as they are knowledgeable. very thorough as well. the folks who answer the phones are also really nice and make scheduling a breeze. i would recommend them!

I want to especially shout out our technician Ryan, he is above and beyond in all areas. We have a son on the spectrum and Ryan has visited a couple times and he makes sure he’s accommodating and inclusive towards our son’s needs. For example he knows to knock lightly, and he is very mindful of the products he uses and their placement. This exceptional customer service is exactly how businesses build a pristine reputation and retain clientele. It means the world to us to have this interaction and we are deeply grateful. If all that wasn’t enough Ryan is also super knowledgeable and his insight has put my mind at ease that we are in good hands.
