Technicians do not seem to know what is going on when they are dispatched. Prices are astronomical and invoicing is extremely suspect- make sure you review closely before remitting as I am sure you will find fudged labor hours, repetitive line items or complete ommitence of labor details so that it is nearly impossible to verify.
