Columbiana Center JC Penny, desperately needed a cut (and fix) since I had a horrible experience on a cruise getting a hair cut in June 2023. I made a same day appt online and wasn’t sure what to expect because I’ve never had my hair cut here. I saw Aliyah and she pretty much fixed me up better than before. I have long wavy hair (frizzy on humid/wet days!) Aliyah cut off several inches and now it’s much much better. Would definitely go see her again. Thanks.Service: Haircut

I was surprised with childcare for the day, and was trying to find someone that would take me as a walk in. Aneshea, who was not even supposed to be there at the time and had a no-show client and could have gone home, stayed and took me as a walk in and gave me a fabulous cut and style.Service: Haircut

After a long hiatus I returned to this salon for a rinse (color), trim, and style. Dre was professional, warm, and engaging. Most importantly, he listened to what I envisioned the end result to be and I am thrilled with the outcome!! Thank you Dre!!!Services: Shampoo & conditioning
