I took several pairs of jeans here for alteration because my friend in Columbia loves Jackie's. I live in Charlotte, but I made a special trip to visit Jackie's. When I returned to pick up my pants after they had been altered, I discovered there was some work that needed to be redone. They were very apologetic. I had planned to return to Columbia later; however, a few days later, the owner of Jackie's showed up on my doorstep in Charlotte. He had driven two hours to deliver my pants back to me. What amazing customer service! His kindness has stayed with me for weeks.
I went to high school with his daughter and my family has used him ever since (1990s) We have followed him from all locations cause they are worth it. Good prices, quick turn around. Thanks
My daughter is getting married. 9/14/24 She ordered her dress from somewhere online. She did not like the fit. Needless to say, she needed her dress altered. I just moved here from NJ. So, I had never heard of Jackie's. (My aunt & daughter were talking like "SHE" was a old family friend). From the moment we walked in, the service was GREAT. And when Krys came out to help us...SHE WAS AWESOME!!!! Krys knew exactly what she was doing. She said what needed to be done, AND DID IT. The look on my daughter's face after the alterations. You can't put a price on that. Thank you guys so much.
