My daughter is getting married. 9/14/24 She ordered her dress from somewhere online. She did not like the fit. Needless to say, she needed her dress altered. I just moved here from NJ. So, I had never heard of Jackie's. (My aunt & daughter were talking like "SHE" was a old family friend). From the moment we walked in, the service was GREAT. And when Krys came out to help us...SHE WAS AWESOME!!!! Krys knew exactly what she was doing. She said what needed to be done, AND DID IT. The look on my daughter's face after the alterations. You can't put a price on that. Thank you guys so much.
I just picked up my pants that are part of my wedding outfit for granddaughter wedding and they did a wonderful job with getting them the way I needed them to fit in the waist. They fixed them in a very reasonable time and they look just great. I am so pleased with their work and recommend them to everyone who needs an alteration expert!! The price was very reasonable as it was quite a job to get them right. They were very friendly too. Made me feel very comfortable. Sandra K.
